VI. Refunds and Cancellations

As all products are custom-made digital content, they are non-refundable once production has started.

If your order has not yet entered production, you may request cancellation by emailing info@wishanddream.com within 1 hour of purchase.

In case of technical errors or defective files, we will repair or resend the product free of charge.

Refunds may be issued only in exceptional cases, at our discretion, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights (digital content exceptions apply).
