Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content<\/h2>\n<p>Consumers entering into a distance contract normally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions and conditions provided by applicable law.<\/p>\n<p>Special rules apply to paid digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium and whose production or delivery begins immediately.<\/p>\n<p>Before completing an order for immediately created digital content, you will be asked to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>expressly request that production and delivery begin before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period;<\/li>\n<li>acknowledge that once performance begins, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Where you have provided the required express consent and acknowledgement and production has begun, the order cannot normally be cancelled merely because you changed your mind.<\/p>\n<p>Your consent to immediate performance and acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal may be included in the order confirmation sent to you by email.<\/p>\n<p>Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights relating to digital content that is defective, inaccessible or not supplied as agreed.<\/p>\n<h2>12. Defective or Incorrect Digital Content<\/h2>\n<p>Please contact us if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the delivered file or link does not work because of a problem attributable to Wish &amp; Dream;<\/li>\n<li>the wrong product was delivered;<\/li>\n<li>purchased personalization is missing;<\/li>\n<li>personalization is materially incorrect even though you submitted correct information;<\/li>\n<li>the same order was charged more than once;<\/li>\n<li>the product was not supplied within a reasonable period for reasons attributable to Wish &amp; Dream.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law, we may:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>correct the product;<\/li>\n<li>regenerate the product;<\/li>\n<li>replace or redeliver it;<\/li>\n<li>reduce the price;<\/li>\n<li>issue a full or partial refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We may first attempt to bring the digital product into conformity by correcting, replacing or redelivering it within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the customer.<\/p>\n<h2>14. Situations That Do Not Normally Constitute a Defect<\/h2>\n<p>The following situations do not normally constitute a defect attributable to Wish &amp; Dream:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the customer submitted an incorrectly spelled name;<\/li>\n<li>the customer submitted incorrect personalization details;<\/li>\n<li>the customer uploaded an unsuitable, blurred or incorrect photograph;<\/li>\n<li>the customer entered an incorrect email address;<\/li>\n<li>the delivery email was directed to a spam, junk or promotions folder;<\/li>\n<li>the customer\u2019s mailbox was full or rejected automated email;<\/li>\n<li>the product contains minor creative differences from a demonstration video;<\/li>\n<li>the customer\u2019s device, browser, internet connection or unsupported third-party software prevents use of an otherwise functional product;<\/li>\n<li>the customer changed their mind after production began.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This section does not restrict any mandatory consumer rights.<\/p>\n<h2>15. Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer law.<\/p>\n<p>Where a refund is approved, it is normally returned to the original payment method.<\/p>\n<p>The time required for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider and the customer\u2019s bank.<\/p>\n<p>Wish &amp; Dream is not responsible for processing delays caused solely by a bank or payment provider after the refund has been correctly initiated.<\/p>\n<h2>16. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n<p>The Website and its original content, including the Wish &amp; Dream name and logo, characters, templates, scripts, texts, graphics, illustrations, animations, music, audio, demonstration videos, Website design and software, are owned by or licensed to SMART SOFTWARE PLATFORM SOLUTION LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.<\/p>\n<h3>16.1 Customer Licence<\/h3>\n<p>After full payment, the customer receives a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>view the purchased personalized product;<\/li>\n<li>download and store it where downloading is provided;<\/li>\n<li>privately share it with family and friends;<\/li>\n<li>use it for personal and non-commercial purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>16.2 Prohibited Uses<\/h3>\n<p>Without prior written permission, you may not:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>resell or commercially distribute the product;<\/li>\n<li>offer it as part of another paid service;<\/li>\n<li>copy or extract characters, templates, scripts, audio or animations for a competing product;<\/li>\n<li>remove branding or copyright notices for commercial exploitation;<\/li>\n<li>use the product in paid advertising or a commercial campaign;<\/li>\n<li>claim ownership of Wish &amp; Dream intellectual property;<\/li>\n<li>reverse engineer, scrape or systematically copy the Website or its content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>17.
